This TikTok User Sent All Her Former Hookups a Google Doc to Rate Her ~Sexual~ Performance

Syd Erin is the epitome of a TikTok queen. The 20-year-old’s videos have acquired nearly 30 million Likes and 700,000 followers in a little over one year. If you ask her, she’ll tell you her brand is “comedy but make it mildly concerning” (which honestly sounds like a Bravo housewife’s tagline Andy Cohen should’ve come up with sooner).

But for her, it tracks—especially considering she’s gained a massive following primarily from sending her former hookups a Google Doc survey to rate their “experience.” She then dishes on their response via a video upload on TikTok.

“It isn’t unlike me to talk about my hookups on the internet,” Erin tells Cosmopolitan. “I thought it would be funny, so I just kind of said ‘fuck it’ and made a survey.”

The college student published her first “I sent my former hookups a Google Doc” video five days ago and, yup, I can confirm, it’s the content you didn’t even know you needed but you absolutely do.

The video has since reached a solid 13.2 million page views, and she’s uploaded four additional videos narrating the other Google Doc responses. (Highly recommend those too.) But what do les men think about Erin exposing their responses and, in return, receiving major, major social media cred?

“One of the guys responded to my initial text asking to fill out the survey and said ‘no, absolutely not.’ Then my first video went viral and he stopped me the next day and was like ’10 million views? Thank God I didn’t fill mine out!’”

Then, there are the former flings who think it’s funny: “A few of them sent me my own videos reacting to their answers and laughing.”

And, of course, others, who are super salty. One dude even wrote in the “additional comments” part of the Google Doc that he wanted his hoodies back.

“Yeah, he’s just not getting them back. I appreciated his survey answers though!” she says.

But above just being a funny lil TikTok trend to chase page views and gain followers, Erin realized something wayyyy more important: Almost all the men left the hookup far more satisfied than she did.

“I was like, you really think that highly of the experience? Unfortunately I can’t relate.”

She continues: “I mean, it was a huge confidence boost, but it also made me realize that my answers would absolutely not be the same if I were the one filling out the survey. And I deserve to prioritize my own satisfaction over worrying about whether they were satisfied or not.”

Touché, my girl.

So in case you were wondering, Erin won’t be “turning into the Census Bureau and starting to hand out the survey to every guy she hooks up with.” (Lol.) But she will be more communicative with her partners going forward.

“Maybe not by the post-sex Yelp style reviews, but just by sitting down and talking about how we can both get the most out of our time together,” Erin says.

Now as to whether she recommends you jump on the trend—regardless of whether you want it for TikTok or for educational purposes—Erin says this: “It was definitely fun, but I don’t think it’s something that should be done for the sole purpose of self-validation.”

“If you’re secure in who you are (which everyone should be!) and you’re looking for a good laugh, go for it!”
